To start you need a team. Go to the open jobs forum and apply to a school. To apply say "(Your coach name) has applied to (school)." You have to use that coaches name forever so choose wisely.
Each team needs to recruit:
2 QB
2 RB
1 WR
6 offensive linemen
and 11 defensive players in general.
To recruit a player, say "(your college) wants to talk to (recruit) about (prestige, playing time, location, or academics.) Check back every once in awhile to see which school the recruit committed to.
In the "notes" forum, make a list of your depth chart so the public can see it. You should name it "(your college's) depth chart of (current season)" Btw the current season is 2012. Every 3 weeks is one season.
